Работодатель может предложить примерно следующую оплату труда: от 150000 до 180000 руб. на вакантной должности "Trade Finance Officer".
В обязанности работника на вакантом месте входит следующее: - To support the Trade Finance team in the day-to-day activities.
- Review import and export L/C wordings for issuances/amendments with banks and counterparties.
- Prepare bank requests for L/C issuance, advising, settlement, and documentary instructions.
- Prepare bank requests for BL, inventory, and receivable finance, factoring and LC discounting.
- Handle KYC process on onboarding of banks.
- Conduct preliminary or counterchecking of all import and export documents.
- Support operations teams on potential documentary or trade finance issues.
- Manage day-to-day communication with Russian banks beyond trade finance operations.
- Coordinate with oversea offices and provide regular updates on trade flows.
- Prepare, review and reconcile monthly trading profit and loss statements for management reporting and profit-sharing purposes.
- Assisting treasury department on receivables and payables relating to cargo financing.
- Overseeing entry of cash, ensuring loan records and current account balances are fully up to date.
- Liaise with Operators and Accounting department to update banks’ position in a timely manner.
- Calculate and maintain weekly TVM and banks finance costs.
- Review finance clauses in purchase and sale contracts.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Требования к работнику следующие: - At least 3 years’ working experiences in trading company or in trade-commodity finance function; with experiences of working with both Russian and European banks.
- Reasonable proficiency in Incoterms, SWIFT, ISBP and UCP600, with good understanding of checking experience in import and export shipping documents.
- Possess good appreciation of risk: performance / credit / geographical / pricing / AML / sanction.
- An individual who is detailed-oriented, precise, reliable and patient. Able to work under pressure and aptitude to work in a team.
- Strong communication skills and able to interact with diverse groups of people in an international environment.
- Ability to converse in English and Russian to liaise with counterparties.
