Baker Hughes Bently Nevada offers a plant-wide, holistic suite of machine condition monitoring and protection hardware, software and services that help achieve the highest level of asset reliability possible. Our solutions for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance shutdowns include specialized services for Oil & Gas, power generation and other process industries.
As a Sales support specialist, you will be responsible for:

Supporting of Sales team in proposals and quotations preparation for customers and channel partners
-
Processing of Customers and Orders in the different internal systems (SAP, Alfresco, DealMachine, KYC)
-
Communicating to customers on order status, issues, open questions
-
Communicating with Technical Regulations, Standards, Logistic and Customs teams for proper processing
-
Following up shipments with local warehouse and buy outs and third-party scope of the Orders
-
Supporting and participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other marketing activities and providing other administrative support
To be successful in this role you will:
-
Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required
-
Be proficient end-user IT skills including MS Office/Outlook + Salesforce /DealMachine (preferred)

Have experience to provide excellent customer service with customer-focused approach, generating and handle customer interest and detect demand
-
Have ability to successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
-
Have winning mindset with well developed communication and interpersonal skills
-
Be fluent in English and Russian
