We are looking for an IT researcher to join our recruitment team.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage the best talents on the IT market using a smart combination of sources and tools
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies,
- Develop and advertising job positing externally and internally,
- Conduct pre-screening of the candidates and make interview arrangements,
- Provide accurate reports on recruitment results for both recruiters and hiring managers,
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to store and manage talent pool of appropriate candidates,
- Participate in Employer Brand events and other recruting activities.
- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus,
- Desire to gain solid knowledge of recruitment tools, methods, technics and market trends,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management,
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in problem-solving environment,
- English is not lower than Intermediate level.
