THE ROLE
We are offering you an excellent opportunity to create comprehensive tools & operating procedure for the purpose of joint forecasting quality improvement for TOP customers based on the available data.
Reporting to: Consumer Beauty Integrated Planning Leader, Sales & Operations Planning Leader / Luxury Integrated Planning Leader, Sales & Operations Planning Leader
Expected duration - 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Updating and supplementing current joint forecasting tools with missing functionality;
- Automation of updating the analytical tool on a monthly/weekly basis;
- Integration of the possibility of fast & robust analysis of incoming orders from customers for expediency and preparation of recommendations for order confirmation by Russwell LLC;
- Preparation of recommendations for changing the sales forecast in the planning systems based on data analysis;
- Participation in the preparation of analytical information for monthly meetings with clients;
- Development of a standard SOP for integrating the forecasts of TOP clients
- Development of a tool to support the forecasting process
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- 3+ years of university studies till 1 year graduate in economics, business, supply chain, technical or mathematical field;
- Upper-intermediate level of English;
- Excellent Excel skills preferable (Dynamic ranges, array formulas, sumproduct, solver, Pivot tables, PowerPivot) but not a must in the beginning – successful candidate will be given training materials and then tested;
- Presentation building skills - as an advantage;
- Project management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to details;
- Proactivity & self-motivation in achieving goals;
- Structural thinking with ability to communicate effectively
