Kodland is an EdTech startup that teaches digital skills to children and teenagers all over the world. For three years now we have been helping the next generation of programmers take their first steps in the IT environment and master the occupations of the future.
In 2020 we became the fastest growing online programming school in the CIS.
Right now we are actively expanding within the international arena: the CIS, the United States, Europe and then the rest of the world.
That is why we are looking for a superstar specialist to help us conquer the English speaking market!
As a Manager of Introductory Lessons you will need to:
- Conduct introductory lessons on our online platform for children aged 8 to 17 years old;
- Determine the level of skills and recommend a bespoke online training course;
- Sell the course on the trial lesson
You're a good fit for us if you:
- Easily find common language with strangers, you are not afraid to talk to someone on camera;
- Speak English fluently and have regular contact with native speakers;
- Ready to work in different time zones. Our sales team works 24/7;
- Have a PC/Laptop, web-camera and fast, stable internet;
- Have a calm working environment to be able to run your calls.
