This position will work with Russian speaking clients.
A psychology focused startup company, Sobaki Pavlova, is looking for a Fitness and Yoga Instructor. We are seeking a talented mind to focus on working with clients on video calls, through custom videos, and via whatsapp and telegram. You will be responsible for teaching and monitoring progress with clients who are in integrated therapy (Yoga/Fitness, dietician, therapy, and coaching at the same time). We expect you to be highly qualified to deliver effective, engaging, and safe fitness routines and yoga instructions to clients.
An understanding of Psychology, Psychotherapy, and Cognitivism and Behaviorism would be extremely helpful. Please note Sobaki Pavlova is a science first company that takes seriously its role in delivering safe, effective, and modern techniques and advice.

Responsibilities

Providing both individual and group sessions over video conferencing to clients

Producing custom and stock videos and other instructional aids for clients

Delivery instruction on yoga history, yoga benefits and yoga techniques

Advising and teaching weight and resistance training

Advising and teaching effective cardiovascular fitness techniques

Keeping in touch with clients throughout week

Ensuring clients are staying within the limits of safe behavior through review and instruction

Understanding clients' true goals, and working with a team of allied health professionals to accomplish their dreams

Maintaining a personal image that is engaging, exciting, relatable, and professional
Requirements

Specialized higher education (sports, medical)

Appropriate Yoga Certifications

Appropriate Fitness Certifications

A wonderfully, engaging personality

Teamwork ability

Good documentation and client management skills

A background in psychology is helpful

Relevant experience

Confident PC user
-
Excellent writer and communicator with the ability to align that communication with the larger company tone.

Must be native speaker of Russian. Must have B2 English or above. Knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Udmurt, or Korean helpful.
