In this role you will be responsible for driving the market for the Cloud Integration products with a special focus on Cloud Pak for MultiCloud Management. You will be the technical leader in this area for setting up market awareness and driving customer adoption of a multi-cloud approach with IBM Cloud Software. You will help to identify new projects, define multi-cloud architectures, defend IBM MultiCloud story and products, and support customers in the deployment of the products.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Being on the frontier of the technologies in сontainers.
• Being a deep expert on IBM Cloud Pak technologies in front of the customers.
• Being an ambassador to the customer through the technological experience.
• Support architecture definitions for Cloud solutions with IBM products (monitoring + wider set).
• Technical presentations of the solutions.
• Marketing events participation as a technical expert.
• Community development through knowledge sharing and webinars.
• Support Cloud Pak deployments technically from planning to running installations.
• Technical and Functional Escalation of issues where necessary.
• Teaming up with services organizations to ensure the solution proposal will lead to successful deployment.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Need to have the technical knowledge across technologies: network, Infra, application.
• Strong understanding of ITSM practices and products.
• Proven containers orchestration capabilities: Docker, Kubernetes mandatory.
• OpenShift administration capabilities. OpenShift certification preferred (adm, dev)
• Experience with modern monitoring and logging technologies like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana.
• Linux, Windows administration.
• Good skills in Journey to Cloud and Application Modernization sale plays
• DevOps practices understanding and experience for containers and traditional solutions.
• Tech understanding of Cloud SW portfolio is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication.
• Good Presentation skills.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:

• Netcool experience
• Tivoli APM experience
• Planning experience of OpenStack, VMWare or KVM environments
