What This Job Involves:
- Manage client projects – support in developing project structure, work independently on the clients’ reports; Client projects may involve different real estate classes (commercial, residential, recreational, other non-standard) and also be aimed at different objectives (identify best concept for a land plot, confirm future project financials to a bank, or develop optimal strategy for a standing asset, etc.)
- Client pitches – drive preparation for all aspects of winning projects – support in preparing proposals and presentations, follow up with clients
- Participate in other JLL initiatives – research on new markets, support in nonstandard real estate classes analysis, work with potential partners/ providers of additional services
- Wider JLL clients – support other business lines with market analytics and financial analysis of projects to facilitate new business win
- Focus on cross-selling and referring business opportunities between all JLL business lines as an integral part of business development strategy
- Be a trustful partner for management team and generate innovative solutions
- Gather and prepare analytical reports using both external and internal sources
- Analyse and track industry trends and present to stakeholders
- Follow up on key project status on a regular basis
- Build and develop relationships with top management and clients
- Support planning of projects, follow-through critical milestones
- Develop business plans (incl. financial modelling), highlight risks & opportunities
Desired Skills And Experience For This Job:
- Good project management skills
- Analytical skills – collect and analyse data, present results in clear and structured format
- People skills – ability to build strong relationship with internal and external clients and within a project team
- Financial analysis - understand real estate projects financials, be able to independently develop financial model for real estate projects
- Good computer skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
