300 employees at the headquarter in Siegen work passionately and competently on the successful development and production of state-of-the-art machine tools for grinding, texturing and turning applications.
Maschinenfabrik Herkules is the parent company of the HerkulesGroup, which has around 1,500 employees worldwide.
To strengthen the team of the Herkules sales company in Moscow, we are looking for a Sales Manager / Sales Engineer (m/f/d) Russia / Eastern Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate and be responsible for long-term complex sales projects of heavy-duty machine tools (in particular boring mills, lathes and milling machines), from first customer contact, conceptual project work and contract negotiations to conclusion of an order
- Maintain, grow and manage existing business relationships
- Identify and support new business opportunities in the sales territory
Requirements:
- Engineering degree or Master’s degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering (preferred)
- Preferably, you have specialized in machine tool building
- First experience in sales of sophisticated capital goods, preferably in sales of machine tools
- Good commercial skills
- Native speaker of the Russian language; fluent in German or English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness for extensive business travel
