The Tax and Legal Services practice of PwC Moscow is looking for Consultant/Senior Consultant in International Tax Structuring group.
We assist companies in optimising their global tax structures, managing global tax risks and capitalising on tax planning opportunities. Our services span a broad range of issues, including tax-efficient ownership, competitive cross-border financing and treasury solutions, profit repatriation and loss utilisation, in-bound and out-bound structuring, and developing efficient management structures, to name but a few.
Job profile:
- We help clients to enter foreign markets and navigate the tax systems of foreign countries;
- We participate in development of tax-efficient Russian and foreign ownership, financing and management structures;
- We provide tax support to clients in transactions;
- We assist clients in selecting effective personal structures and mechanisms for the ownership of personal assets (aircraft, yachts, etc.) and their protection from legal risks.
The successful candidate's profile:
- 2-4 years of consulting or auditing experience, preferably in a "Big4" firm and other -consulting Firms or/and general experience in tax and accounting position;
- Excellent technical knowledge of Russian and International taxation;
- University degree in Finance, Taxation, Accounting and Law;
- ?Successful passing of ?CPA/ACCA ??exams is a plus;
- Excellent working knowledge of the English language: both verbal and written;
- Extensive computer skills (Excel, Word, Consultant+?);
- ?Exposure to client's relationships;
- Ability to adapt to an intensive work environment;
- Ability to work in a team and supervise projects, meet challenges and deliver outstanding results;
