Who we are.
Startup acceleration is the proven foundation for thriving innovation economies and venture capital investments. Terraforma is the first international startup accelerator for food and agriculture in Russia, based in Moscow. We are German and Russian entrepreneurs who want to contribute to global food security by bringing young startups together with the big players in the industry and laying the foundation for successful tech innovations in food and agriculture.
Twice a year, we offer selected top startups a five-month training program with experienced founders and industry experts to advance their market and investment readiness. At pitch events with audiences of varying sizes, the startups present their concepts to our international partner companies, food experts and investors to initiate financing and collaborations.
We are looking for motivated team members who are willing to organize the Startup Program with its events, support innovations in food and agricultural technology, and expand our network of industry experts and business owners into the largest of its kind in Russia.
Who are we looking for.
We are looking for a dynamic Program Manager based in Moscow, a networking talent who will work closely with our Managing and Corporate Partners. You will lead the organization of the five-month startup training program and provide innovation services to our Corporate Partners and Sponsors.
Your core responsibilities in a nutshell.
- Coordinating the startup program
- Organizing training and networking events, facilitating the mentoring activity
- Organization of pitch days
- Accompanying our startups through the program
- Working closely with the Terraforma Managing Partners and directing the program and event team
What you should bring.
- Leadership experience in an innovative company or start-up
- Entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Team player and motivator for the team
- Open-minded character and courage to approach our network and potential new partners
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Experience with food is helpful but not required
