What you will do:
- Develop systemic approach to T&D program
- Develop & implement annual training plan, cycle training programs according to the training needs, coordinate and schedule all internal and external training for Sales organization
- Coordinate organization of training workshop including developing the list of participants, informing participants, organizing accommodation, training facilities etc.
- Find and select external sources for training
- Deliver and/ or facilitate corporate approved skills training program on sales skills and public speaking skills
- Provide feed-back to the Managers
- Provide field coaching by request in support of current business objectives and needs
- Introduce assessment tools (qualitative and quantitative) for all training sessions
- Ensure proper tracking and documentation control, further develop, implement and update training data base.
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- Higher education, additional coaching/training education will be an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in training manager role in international pharmaceutical or FMCG company
- Fluent Russian, English – upper intermediate
- Proven experience in developing and implementation of trainings for the Sales team, as well as experience in adapting global trainings.
- A proactive approach to work, the ability to build effective cross-functional relationships.
- Good communication and public speaking skills, coaching skills.
- Must be able to handle numerous projects at one time and meet fast turnaround deadlines with focus on delivering results
