Project Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Manage & supervise the activities related to SCM & follow the process according to company policies and a
Development of project procedures in line with McDermott global standards and incorporating local requirements.
Develop SCM strategy and project execution plans with Project team
Bidders List compilation - Creating & maintaining the data base for Russian procurement and development of a Russian specific AVL.
Provide management support to SCM team in negotiations with vendors and suppliers.
Prepare & Review SCM inquiries, bid tabulations, recommendations for award and contractual documents.
Create data base & metrics for cost/ price benchmarking applicable for SCM works
Create and maintain monthly SCM management dashboards

Management Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Recognize and communicate items of concern and other project issues to project team
Resolve supply chain related project issues
Ensure compliance with MDR supply chain procedures
Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to staff
Provide Employee Performance Management input
Support staff in obtaining goals and objectives
Execute work in accordance with senior management's goals and objectives
Responsible for ownership of commercial relationships
Communicate procedural requirements to the project team
Advanced knowledge of safety standards and practices
Proficient knowledge of the entire project cycle from proposal through commissioning
Expert ability to lead and manage subcontract activities for large, high risk projects
Expert ability to manage Subcontract Management personnel (e.g., training opportunities, coaching, mentoring, situational leadership, consideration of concerns, value the individual, etc.)
Advanced ability to take ownership of issues and seek resolution
Advanced ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and concisely in written and oral forms at all levels of the client, subcontractor, and other organizations
Expert ability to assign priorities to staff
Proficient knowledge of roles and responsibilities of staff
Advanced ability to communicate to management including global Supply Chain
Advanced ability to take initiative
Expert ability to organize personal work, manage time and prioritize activities
Advanced ability to assign staff work assignments based on roles and responsibilities, priorities, and staff skillsets
Advanced ability to articulate project-specific goals and overall company and client objectives to subcontractors and staff
Advanced ability to work within a matrix organization
Advanced ability to take ownership of commercial relationships
Advanced ability to ensure delivery of quality products
Proficient knowledge of negotiation techniques
Advanced ability to conduct negotiations
Knowledge in local and international procurement / subcontracting markets in region
Previous experience in project financing

Requirements

Supply Chain or Similar professional qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Minimum 15 years of total experience
Proven communication skills verbal, written and presenting – Fluent in Russian and English
Stable job history and ability to work in team environment
Previous EPC experience in Oil & Gas is mandatory
