Context of the project:
Schneider Electric executes Projects including design, manufacture and installation of a complete solution in metallic structures. Oil & Gas, MMM and utilities segments.
Member of a project team, led by a Project Manager within the framework of the realization of a project, the Technical Leader is responsible for the technical solution that is appropriate to the customer's needs in terms of technical performance, quality, costs and deadlines.
- specifies or makes specify the technical solution in accordance with the needs of the client in connection with the proposed offer.
- validates the technical choices throughout the project and the conformity of the final solution
- directly leads the technical teams composed of Design Engineers (internal or external, in Kazakhstan, Russia or abroad) or through Design Leaders.
- provides the necessary reporting to the PM and / or Project authorities.
Technical Leader is responsible for:
- Realization of the planning of studies
- The establishment of the technical organization and associated costs.
- Follow up and update of the technical budget.
- The organization of design reviews.
Technical aspect:
- responsible for the technical performance of the solution and its adequacy with the requirements of the customer. He must integrate solutions developed by any Schneider Electric sector when applicable.
- therefore directly responsible for the definition of the detailed technical specification and associated deliverables (detailed technical architecture, detailed technical description,)
- participates in the distribution of study and material scopes between Schneider and its partners, ...
- has the duty of warning on a possible technical non-feasibility.
- participates in the organization of the Factory Acceptance Test for the entire technical scope.
Economic aspect and risk management:
- must respect the technical budget that has been allocated to him in the interests of technical and economic optimization. He must identify the potential advantages in relation to the proposed offer: In this context, He optimizes economically the technical solution in quality and in time. He contributes to the costing of materials and associated studies.
- assesses the technical risks associated with the project and proposes any contingent solutions allowing to eradicate or minimize them.
Customers relationship:
- contact of the customer for all technical questions
- masters the specificities of the client's business and process
Quality Process:
- He respects the TDP and CPP process reporting
- He participates in the preparation of TDP and CPP deliverables for its technical part
Liability in terms of Safety / Security:
- Continually ensure the safety of the information processed and disseminated, act wisely and only communicate information to those who need it.
- Must implement secure solutions in accordance with local standards or decrees
Level of studies:
- Electrical Engineer;
- HVAC engineer with strong experience in electrical scope.
Languages:
- Fluent English
- Fluent Russian
Experience:
- 3 years minimum in the following roles: Technical Leader for E-house projects or Technical Leader for metal construction and experience with HVAC and F&G system or Technical Leader for the complex projects.
- proven experience with international O&G or EPC companies will give an advantage.
