We’re looking for a Project Manager to help shape the future of our company. PicsArt, the world’s leading creative platform and social editing app with more than 150M monthly active creators, is evolving the brand to better reflect our ambitions as a company. We’re looking for a seasoned project manager who is just as excited about branding and creative advertising as we are.
As a Project Manager, you will be joining our in-house creative department to guide our Moscow design studio designers to launch international campaigns while helping shape our team processes. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and take ownership over projects, while collaborating with skilled team members from a variety of disciplines.
The ideal candidate jumps on new opportunities, gets nerdy about what they do, and works fast and flexibly to get the job done. This is a fast-paced work environment, so attentiveness and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease are a must.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily schedule of in-house designers, planning and maintaining the production calendar

Nurture cross-functional relationships and maintain communication across departments regarding creative deliverables, timing, and resourcing

Collaborate closely with Marketing, Content, Creative and Legal teams to implement and strategize efficiencies and improvements to team processes and workflows
-
Be the ultimate problem solver on the team to optimize creative resources and ensure projects are delivered on time

Interface with internal clients to understand project goals, establish and manage project scope, and schedule

Organize all project-related documents to ensure all content purchases, licenses, release forms, contracts, etc. are properly executed and archived

Analyze design performance in the app, on web, and across marketing together with Product and Marketing teams, suggesting improvements in the design process and cross-team communication such as better briefings, follow-ups, etc. for improved business performance

Together with Design Lead, contribute to creating a dynamic and creative environment where innovation, collaboration, and excellence are fostered and rewarded
Key Qualifications:

You have a minimum of 3 years combined experience working at an advertising agency, digital agency, or in-house marketing department.

You’re a master problem solver who thinks quickly on your feet to continuously provide timely and helpful feedback to improve the team’s work

You have in-depth knowledge of all steps required in the creative process

You’re able to clearly convey instructions and details to cross-functional teams, including creative, marketing, and product

You’re highly organized with strong, thoughtful project management and multi-tasking skills
-
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

You’re proficient with Jira, Asana, and Google Suite
-
Fluent in English, Russian and other European languages will be a plus.
