• Serve as local point of contact between HQ cybersecurity team and regional business unit.
• Participate as a member of the Incident Response Team helping to resolve security incidents.
• Assist with the organization’s global security awareness program within your assigned region.
• Perform as the security operations lead for your regional business unit.
• Assist in the coordination and completion of global security projects.
• Work with Information Security and Regional IT Leadership to develop strategies and plans to meet IPG security requirements and address identified risks.
• Act in an advisory role for Regional IT projects to ensure that security issues are addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist regional IT leadership by providing SOX audit support and monitoring SOX controls.
• Manage security processes/procedures to ensure security controls are effective and efficient.
• Help to monitor IPG’s security tools, and conduct regular reviews of the tool’s output.
• Perform assessments to identify control weaknesses and track the effectiveness of existing controls by managing relevant performance metrics.
• Assist with deploying, tuning and running various security technology solutions.

• Good engineering skill in network and MS Windows systems.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of three years cybersecurity work experience in international company.
• Certifications in IT security area is a plus.
• Experience in description of threat model.
• Technical knowledge of operating systems and applications vulnerability defence.
• Experience in documenting and maintaining security processes, procedures and standards.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and the associated network protocols and concepts. PaloAlto or Cisco firewall knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Linux system administration is a plus.
• Skill with a common scripting language (e.g. Python, Perl, PowerShell, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience using Splunk to investigate security incidents is also a plus.
• Technical experience with security scanner tools is a plus.
• Technical experience with penetration tools is a plus.
• Knowledge of Russian Federation law in Information technology and security.
