Product Pre-sales Manager (Russia, Moscow)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a pre-sales manager to provide in-depth insights into customer networks, fully explore customer pain points and product selling points, and propose FiberHome solutions that meet customer needs to create value for customers. At the same time, in the operation of the project, an effective sales strategy is formulated to help the project succeed.

Job responsibilities

1. Promotion of the company's products. Preparation of documents for a tender, technical communication on DWDM, Data Communication, GPON, ICT products, processing of complex questions from clients.
2. Establish and strengthen relationship with customer’s technical team, to help extend more sales.
3. Planning and implementation technical communications, understanding customer technical requirements and be able to guide the customer requirements.
4. Responsible for collecting and analyzing information about products, the technical requirements, price and application information, as well as listening to customer advice on improving the company's products, writing market analysis reports.
5. Analyze market requirements and competitors’ solutions, generate the Key selling points & Selling Strategy.
6. Conducting training of staff and customers on technology and product knowledge, as well as product promotion presentations.
7. Joint execution of sales, service and project coordination work with colleagues.

Requirements for candidates

1. Higher education in communications, telecommunications, communications systems and informatics, computer science and technology, or other similar specialties. Looking for graduates who graduated this year or last year.
2. Professional Knowledge Requirement:
   1. •Good understanding in MPLS, IP routing & Ethernet technologies and network architecture requirements
   2. •Be familiar with technologies including SDN, Data Centers, Mobile Backhaul, Fixed Access xDSL/GPON, IP/Datacom network technology and DWDM Optical network technology is a plus.
3. Fluency in English and Russian (read, speak, write).
4. The candidate must be sociable, resistant to stress and external factors, must be able to work in a team, love his job and be diligent.
5. Excellent product technology learning ability;
6. Results-oriented and passionate;
7. The place of work is Moscow, able to accept short-term business trips within Russia and CIS countries

1. Salary: According to interview results (including social insurances)
