This is a vital role within TBS Growth and Emerging Market (GEM) Finance Solutions organization – a dynamic, newly created team. Reporting to the TBS Credit Control, Treasury & Reporting Lead you will be responsible for Russia and Kazakhstan related credit management and cash collection activities in scope of TBS Finance Solutions operations in Russia where TBS is co-residing with the country as locally based TBS Delivery Centre.
Here, you will help TBS realize our inspiring vision to build and deliver simplified, innovative solutions by unlocking the value of finance solutions for Takeda. This, in turn, empowers Takeda’s unwavering commitment to patients.
ACCELERATE VALUE & MAKE AN IMPACT BY:
- Review and approval of sales orders for Kazakhstan customers, released by Commercial department, checking credit limit, overdue and if manual discounts in SAP
- Periodic monitoring of Accounts Receivables (AR) ageing, DSO calculation and reporting
- Perform ME closing activities, related to AR
- Ensure timely and accurate clearing of open AR, manual billing
- Ensure that discount calculation (support for manual credit notes to be issued), prepared by Commercial team is accurate and complies with commercial terms set in commercial policy and addendums with customers
- Ensure that bank guarantees issued in order to supply to State customers are in place and correspond to all requirements
- Drive and/or participate in credit control process simplification for Kazakhstan
- Participate in other ad-hoc global or local projects as required
- Support external financial audit in respect of reconciliation letter with customer preparation, provision of all AR breakdowns and supporting documents
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- University Degree in Finance or Economics
- 2+ Years of experience in a credit and collections and / or accounts receivable experience ideally gained in a shared services environment within a large multinational organization
- Proven ERP system experience, preferably with SAP
- High-level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience or strong interest in external innovations and automation (ERP, WF, Robotics)
- Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
- Customer centric and solutions-oriented attitude
- Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
