We are seeking for 'Regional Head of Logistics' for Koton Moscow Head Office whom will be responsible for CIS countries;
Responsibilities
-Responsible for warehouse activities and budget.
-Managing the logistics flow.
-Purchasing and negotiating contracts with key suppliers.
-Lead defining & delivering against cost, quality, inventory, and delivery goals and objectives.
-Lead contract development for all strategic and tactical sourcing efforts.
-Identify existing spend and identify cost reduction opportunities and develop strategies.
-Evaluate new suppliers, develop, and implement supplier qualification process and policy.
-Perform any other duties as assigned.
-Lead and manage regional supply chain solution projects
-Identify customer needs and design profitable solutions, focusing end-to-end supply chain optimization and related services
-Manage logistics projects relating to the launch of new products and categories
-Work directly with HQ logistics team to ensure shipment and smooth operations
-Define and control inventory targets
-Ensure total internal customer satisfaction
-Work with product category teams to ensure proper logistics execution of all marketing programs
-Communicate regularly with planning team to understand sales programs, customer expectations, and specific distribution related issues
-Work with Finance team in the development of budgetary information and financial analysis
-Work with Accounts Payable to monitor Direct Import timely and accurate invoicing processes (Domestic or Direct Import goods)
-Work with IT department to identify new systems requirements to facilitate processes and to develop better reporting tools
Requirements:
-Master's Degree preferred, Bachelor’s Degree required (preferably in a scientific or business management discipline) with specialization in logistics and/or supply chain
-Excellent command of English and Russian is must
-8+ years Supply Chain experience in downstream Logistics and Distribution, preferably Fashion retail or FMCG
-Project management experience
-5+ years budgeting and managing relationships with logistics service providers
-Lean Six Sigma distinct advantage
-Significant experience working in a Warehouse / Procurement/Production Planning / Logistics environment
-Experience in current sourcing methods and contract development
-Strong statistical knowledge including, regression analysis and correlation/causal computations
-Very strong organizational and communication (both verbal and written) skills
-Ability to effectively and accurately transmit, receive and interpret data through the application of appropriate communication behaviors
-Knowledge and capability to use the tools, processes, and best practices for predicting business trends and providing forecasts that drive business decisions and business planning
-Eagerness to take ownership of business operations data and responsibly review data
-Team player that behaves ethically, with highest degree of integrity at all times.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to use Excel and ERP Areas
-No obstacle for travelling
