We are seeking a Senior Golang Developer to join the team of «Remote Assistant» and «Service Platform Agent» products.
“Service Platform Agent” is a part of a broader solution named “Arrival Service Platform”. The agent runs on the vehicle integrating with the CAN bus with a view of proactively detecting fault conditions. The candidate will be responsible for developing the agent.
“Remote Assistant” module enables communication between service technicians and remotely located support personnel. It will also employ augmented reality technology (AR glasses) to facilitate and guide the actions of service technicians. The candidate will be responsible for developing the module backend.
Responsibilities:
The developer will be responsible for designing and developing the embedded on-vehicle agent (Service Platform Agent) using Golang/C++. The primary function of the agent is receiving data from CAN sensors, analyzing this data and sending results to the Service Platform. They will also be responsible for developing the server backend for Remote Assistance service. The primary function of the backend is facilitating WebRTC between clients and recording call sessions statistics in a database.
To qualify, we expect the candidate to have:
- Higher technical education
- 2+ years of professional development experience with Golang
- Experience of working with queues and databases
- Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate+ level
- C++ and embedded systems development experience will be treated a plus
- Docker knowledge will be treated as a plus
