We are looking for our team:
SPIEF Youth Program Manager
Role:
- To execute all processes of the youth program in all stages in the road to the SPIEF
- To contribute to design, development and implementing youth program of Qatari Pavilion
- To be responsible for ensuring effective coordination with Qatari and Russian partners on youth and education topics
- To ensure alignment with other youth and general activities within the main program.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and manage multiple tasks, timelines and budgets within the youth program
- To analyze and prepare proposals for the participation of Qatari organizations in the youth program events
- To work with the partners and entities on the specific topics and sessions
- To provide and support the participation of Qatari partners in the key strategic youth sessions
- To actively participate in all communications, initiate new branches and activities within the youth program
- To ensure other members of the team are well informed about all planned activities and statuses
- To accomplish the researches of needed topics and fields
- To support the official and protocol events: signings of MoUs
- To communicate with entities’ focal points on their requests for partnerships with Russian counterparts
- To keep accurate records of incoming information, statistics, prepare reports.
Experience and requirements:
- Relevant experience in event management: organizing events and activities
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business, education, economics, public policy or other social science relevant fields
- Prior experience within the youth events
- Strong knowledge and orientation in youth and education trends and ecosystems, industry contacts
- Strong project management skills to support driving initiatives
- Clear, competent speech Russian and English (spoken/written)
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment
- High self-management skills
- High Problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
