We invite Technical writer to our Product Department (CT Software) for participating in the development of our Products (Hi-Tech Cloud Enterprise Solutions).

Essential Job Duties:

• Master the functionality of company products.
• Plan and develop all types of documents (user, project, maintenance) in English and Russian languages.
• Align documentation set according to client needs.
• Apply the existing documentation templates and create new ones.
• Maintain and improve the products knowledgebase.

Qualifications:

• English (Upper-Intermediate).
• Reliable usage of IT-terminology.
• One year of experience in developing software documentation.
• Technical or linguistics background.
• Alertness to details.
• Portfolio.

Nice to have:

• Experience in working with specialized software (Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe InDesign, Help & Manual, MadCap Flare).
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
• Fran?ais.
