You will be responsible for:
1. Market Intelligence/Research
- Conduct research on macro-economics, market & channel developments and competitors to identify growth opportunities beyond regular practice but also possible threats
- Identify and manage resources and partnerships to monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes
2. Business Intelligence
- Develop an integrated management reporting approach based on available sales and financial data
3. Strategic Planning
- Support the CRU MD in driving the strategic tasks in close alignment with the DRBG Strategy team – Mid Term Plan (MTP) is an ongoing roof of further development
- Develop CRU strategic pillars (direction & targets) based on growth opportunities, CRU strengths and weaknesses and high-level direction from DRBG
- Provide relevant information and plans clearly presented to senior executives for making effective decisions
- Support the annual budgeting process in close cooperation with Marketing & Finance to ensure an aligned budget with the agreed strategic priorities
4. Strategic Management
- Drive the translation of strategy (MTP & Growth Action Plan as base) and annual objectives into clear actions
- Monitor and analyze sales and key performance indicators regarding above, providing regular insights to Senior Management

Requirements:
- Higher education in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Business Intelligence or a related field;
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures with 3-5 years of professional experience in a sales or marketing environment
- Project &/ or Process Management Education/Experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent English
- High entrepreneurial & outcome driven mindset
- Strategic thinking abilities
- Risk & Out of the box thinker
- Analytical mind with problem-solving attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to coordinate different teams and department for the common goal
