According to business expansion our Consulting team based in Moscow are looking for a passionate, curious and entrepreneurial Senior Consultant.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading projects and managing project teams
- Partnering with client’s stakeholders to identify their needs, finding most suitable analytical solutions and providing recommendations;
- Performing strategic analyses, managing modules of projects and supervising the work of business analysts;
- Preparing quantitative and qualitative analyses to a specific brief using internal and external information sources
- Participating in preparation of strategic recommendations based on conducted analyses;
- Creating offers, reports, presentations and other client deliverables;
- Partnering with client’s stakeholders to identify their needs, finding most suitable analytical solutions and providing recommendations;
- Performing strategic analyses, managing modules of projects and supervising the work of business analysts;
- Preparing quantitative and qualitative analyses to a specific brief using internal and external information sources
- Participating in preparation of strategic recommendations based on conducted analyses;
- Creating offers, reports, presentations and other client deliverables;
- Contributes to generate new business opportunities through the identification of follow-on work and new leads
- Provides follow-up with client after project deliverables are complete to ensure client satisfaction.
- Proactively developing knowledge of the healthcare industry and IQVIA proprietary data sources Contributing to creating new solutions and products in response to client needs and market trends.
- Works independently and as part of a team, with responsibility for supervising junior team members and providing them with direction and guidance
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- MSc degree preferably in Economics, Mathematical statistics or Computer Science;
- 5+ years of consulting work experience with a management consulting firm
- Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and succinctly summarize recommendations;
- Very good knowledge of strategic project management methodology or data analysis techniques
- Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with Power Point, experience with MS Access would be an additional asset;
- Proficiency in English;
- Problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience and ability to conduct presentations and workshops;
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market and life sciences sector would be a plus.
- Ability to be multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
