Here at MentalGrowth, we are looking for a proactive content & localization manager to join our small yet experienced and passionate team of professionals. We are a start-up company focused on the sphere of health & fitness apps, so we create new salutary apps for iOS with full in-house development cycles.

The content & localization manager's position includes various tasks mostly concerned with content planning and creation, localization and translation efforts, external contractors and content creators management as well as general close collaboration with development, design, and marketing teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• External and internal content planning;

• Creation stories in Instagram & Tiktok;

• Translation & localization management;

• Creation of genuine texts for mobile interfaces;

• Supervision of external contractors & freelancers;

• Administration of our internal Content Management Systems;

• Minor Customer Support management;

• Administration of our social media resources.

• Vast social media usage experience;

• Great presentational and conversational skills;

• Ability to quickly learn and understand technical info.

Besides, we would be glad to have a person in our team with one or few additional competencies, such as:

• Confident iOS & MacOS usage;

• Experience in SMM;

• Video/audio production experience;

• Professional copywriting;

• Experience within Health & Fitness sphere;

• Additional foreign language at a decent level.
