About 4’000 events covering more than 150’000 participants! Managing national and small regional events were united under one leader to ensure that all convention activities are conducted in a compliant manner and Sandoz RU is properly represented to medical associations.
Your responsibilities include, but not limited:
• Develop and drive Event business partnership processes through the team. Design integrated Event strategy, maintain relevant and effective reporting system, develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the proper implementation of the corporate Event strategy;
• Key business partner in customer engagement. Work closely with brands to develop strategic objectives with measurable results. Build solid and trusted relationships with all levels of brand management to define and prioritize convention program, influence decision making and approach to market presence at the best possible price;
• Responsible for relevant vendor management and financial reporting: manages relationship with 3rd party vendors, develops KPI’s that hold everyone accountable for deliverables and all financial matters;
• Design event program, plan required resources for execution and create project plan. Prepare budget plan and follow-up execution;
• Lead Event management team and support the team in achieving KPIs agreed with Business (pre-, during and post- of event). Guide and support business in organization of regional marketing events across Russia.
You would be a good match for this role, if you have:
• 7+ years of combined experience in event management within pharmaceutical and multinational companies
• Knowledge of State & Federal legislations regulating event management area in pharmaceutical industry (incl. AIPM standards, RZN etc)
• Strong leadership skills and teamwork spirit
• Project Management experience
• Russian, English (Advanced)
