PURPOSE:
? Responsible for the IFRS and other management reporting process. This includes production of regular Group t, maintenance of an adequate reporting system. Financial modelling.
JOB DUTIES:
? Compile regular monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and reports as required by Group reporting ;
? Perform quality control reviews of the financial reports and financial statements including mapping, footnote support etc.
? Ensure accurate upload of accounting data into Hyperion (consolidation and reporting pack);
? Coordinate with external teams for the timely flow of information required for preparation and disclosure in those financial statements;
? Perform consulting of accounting department in IFRS issues, assistance in closure and accounting data regular control;
? Liaise with external auditors in connection with audit procedures of the financial statements;
? Maintain a high degree of knowledge of current IFRS and other applicable reporting framework standards;
? Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of company processes and procedures that impact quality of information provided for the preparation of the financial statements and disclosures;
? Participate in projects for improvement of the existing accounting and reporting tools;
? Prepare and update financial modelling for prospective and existing projects as required for IFRS reporting purposes and development of the Group Strategy
? Perform detailed financial analysis, comparison and evaluate financial health of companies/suppliers on tenders level;
? Any other ad hoc work and projects as requested.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE:
? BA or MSc in Accounting/Finance;
? Professional qualification (CIMA, CPA, ACCA type) or a progress on any of those qualifications is a plus;
? Strong background in financial modelling;
? Not less than 5 years of experience in accounting/reporting environment;
? Experience in Big 4 audit companies is a plus;
? Leadership and communication skills;
? Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint; Word, other business applications knowledge is a plus);
? Oral and written English and Russian language skills.
