We are looking for a Financial Controller to join the Finance Engineering department within the CT Group.
At the position of Financial controller you will be responsible for:
Controls & Accounting
- Responsible for all key financial controls
- Monitoring accounting operations including payroll
- Compiling financial data, monthly/quarterly P&L reviews and variance analyses
- Works closely with statutory accounting /tax team
- Monitoring financial transactions, approving invoices
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and end-of-year data for management reporting
- Business analysis
- ERP, reporting and other software rollouts
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Business budgeting
- Preparing financial projections, taking part in financial planning
- Tax planning
- Implements initiatives to address local financial challenges
Operations
- Drives operational efficiency in North America & Europe region and helps deliver new operating model
- Identifies and implements system / procedural / communication improvements
Relationships
- Partners with local teams on cross-functional strategic initiatives
Other responsibilities:
- Member of Finance Team
- A core contributor in delivering the Finance department’s strategy
- Supports execution of large contracts and business development projects
Pre-requisites of the candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in Finance controlling
- Preferable QuickBoocks user
- Experience in SAP is appreciated
- Articulate communicator
- Clear thinker, decisive, able to manage large workload and prioritise
- Track record of delivering operational improvements through cross-functional collaboration
- Preferably qualified accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
- Upper Intermediate English is a must
