Scope: Hardware and software for manufacturing automation (digitalization): Track & Trace Solutions, Inspection Machines, Smart Data Management.
Functionality:
The Project Manager is the person in charge to guarantee customer satisfaction by managing the projects for defined goals of quality, time and cost, by active communication, positively supporting customers to choose the best solution and scope adjustments, proactively planning projects, by analyzing and preventing issues
Support Sales Department in defining a contract in line with the customer requirements and with the Company solutions about: timing, technical and quality requirements, commercial aspects
Create a lasting relationship of trust with the customers
Engage departments in the execution of the contract
Manage phases and activities during the project: Initiation, Planning, Execution and Close out
Requirements:
Minimum - Technical Diploma, Optimal - Electronical Engineer – IT Engineer – Mechanical Engineer
Track & Trace expertise
Knowledge of GAMP5 approach, Quality System and Global Regulations for Traceability
Work Experience in Packaging Automation and Industrial Automation
Experience in the field of software and hardware systems
Ability in working at the strategic and at the operational level
Experience in interfacing Multinational Customers
Application implementation, Expertise in managing Customized Products, Complex Program Management, Expertise in managing great value project
International Experience within global environment
English - Advanced level Ideal if the candidate has knowledge in areas such as: Industrial printing technologies (TIJ, CIJ, Thermo-transfer, Piezoelectric, Laser), vision systems (Cognex, VideoJet, Omron, etc.), control systems for electric drives, conveyors, case packers; inspection equipment, checkweighers, encoders, PLC based software modules
