In this role you will be part of a Sales Capability Development team at Procter & Gamble in Moscow. Sales Capability Development team aims at building functional knowledge and skills necessary for Sales professionals. Your role will be to ensure that our new hires are building their functional competences according to the Company’s expectations by assigning learning plans via a specially designed system.
Responsibilities
- coordinate and support capability assessment tool for Sales new hires through internal systems;
- monitor and follow up new hires’ (including interns) profiles creation in systems and assign relevant role-based capability development glide path and curriculum for them;
- prepare reports on new hires’ assessment progress, organize and track spot checks;
- control and train external agency specialist;
- connect with global/IT teams to solve technical issues in business systems;
- help team with virtual and classroom trainings’ organization.
Compensation and benefits
- minimum starting salary 65 000 rubles gross per month;
- medical, travel, and life insurance;

- flexible work hours and possibility to work from home;
- relocation support in case you move to Moscow from another region.
Qualifications
- higher education;
- good command of English (Intermediate and higher);
- advanced Ms Excel skills is a must;
- strong communication skills, fluent Russian (both verbal and written);
- excellent discipline and attention to details;
- team coordination/event organization experience is an advantage.
