Main Purpose of Job:
- Manage and control GAAP financial reporting for Eastern Europe region (Russia, Ukraine, CIS).
- Ensure accurate, timely financial statements are delivered to Regional office, Global tax team, and to the corporate controller's team for consolidation purposes, and that all processes including account variance analysis, account reconciliation and journal entry processes are well controlled. Additionally, this role will provide strong financial control, identifying and managing risks, unearth cost saving opportunities and partner local business leaders and teams when they need financial advice.
- Manage and control over consolidation of K-C CEET management results and providing the financial insights to leadership teams and Finance Department. Ensure efficient information flow between CEET Reporting team and other business functions.
- Manage and control overheads (Selling, General, Admin expenses) forecasting, analysis and reporting for CEET region.
- Control over maintaining and development of Anaplan system for CEET region needs.
Main Responsibilities:
Manage and control Month (Quarter, Year) Closing Process, Corporate Reporting process in HFM according to the corporate timetable and guidelines, US GAAP tax reporting in corporate reporting systems (GI and HFM) according to the Corporate guidelines; ensure alignment with CFI and SOX policies and procedures, completeness of monthly accounts reconciliations (through Blackline) with high quality; Balance Sheet review.
Participate in the GAAP and SOX audit process (external and internal)
Support global/regional/local finance and transformation projects
Required Qualifications / Experience:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
- Fluent English
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting and GAAP Tax principles
- Excellent computer skills - mandatory (MS Excel, Power Point advanced user)
- SAP experience is preferable
- Minimum experience of 2 years in management role in financial reporting or business analysis in a multinational company
