About the job
Ingka is looking for a Senior Litigation Lawyer to join our In-House legal team. As our Litigation Counsel you will support the Ingka business by taking clear responsibility for the legal dispute resolution matters.
The range of legal disputes generally include construction, leasing, land-plots disputes and claim. The scope of work will include the disputes regarding the contractual interpretation, employment law, tax and custom law, real-estate matters as well.
You will manage lawsuits, arbitrations, matters before various regulatory bodies, and manage all phases of the litigation process in your everyday job.
To thrive in this role you must:

You have an excellent track-record of court cases and disputes you have resolved and you are excited to transfer that knowledge and experience (5-6 years) to our business.

You are outstanding in managing your time, possessing prioritization and organizational skills to effectively manage a high volume of files and projects with competing deadlines.

You have graduated from top-tier law schools (MSU, MSAL, HSE and others) and you are continuously learning new things.

You are motivated by the unknown and thrive to make a change, always achieving a great result in a limited time.

You speak Russian and English on a professional level
