Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual J&J Institute business plan and strategy, deliver its main KPIs
- Provide full support to J&J Institute, PED and Marketing teams as well as Surgical Vision team in organizing and implementing all business activities, annual events, projects, product launches, etc.
- Manage and control facility and rent related questions
- Lead the financial management, monitoring, and reporting of project budgets to maximise efficiency
- Evaluate the performance of the J&J Institute and its activities, and provide analytics to RU management, Sales teams, EMA PED team on a monthly basis
- Manage and control e-learning strategy, online events and distance education program
- Communicate with KOLs, Faculty members and medical society
- Lead a DRs team ensuring they deliver on their goals while creating a team culture of collaboration and determination. Coaching, developing and guiding the team in the right direction

Key requirements:
- Higher professional degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience within multinational environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- People Management experience
- High energy level, strong drive for results, excellent communication skills
- Focus on a systematic approach and unquestioned ethics, integrity and Credo-based leadership (legislative and corporate compliance)
- Strive for continuous professional development
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Advanced skills in MS Office for Windows programs
- Personal qualities: result-oriented, good analytical skills, perseverance in achieving goals
- Good knowledge of company’s products
