BACKGROUND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adaptation of Honor global service policy for exclusive partner’s;
- Cooperation with existing and new service partners;
- Cooperation with HQ and relevant dept's;
- Participate in service it tools testing;
- Ensure the proper service coverage according business volume;
- Maintain KPI’s accomplishment;
- Building of new exclusive ASC's;
- Development and control of regular ASC's operation standards;
- Ensure compliance with the Honor service identity guide;
- Develop internal policy of brand image of ASC's on the Internet;
- Ensure the achievement of target level of service satisfaction;
- Follow the Honor policies (Business Conduct Guide, GPDR and etc).
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above;
- At least over 2 years of relevant experience;
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Self-motivated, possess a positive team-player attitude and passionate about consumer technology;
- Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under timelines, adapting quickly to change;
- Proven ability to understand business challenges and formulate effective communications strategies that support the audience needs and business goals;
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must).
