We are looking for Head of HR to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing support, guidance and coaching to senior management to deliver business objectives through HR solutions. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build a strong corporate culture, and increase efficiency and retention.
• Supporting recruitment strategy ensuring the right people in the right places at the right time. Implement hiring process and selection criteria to provide the best internal and external candidates to business.
• Further development and implementation of the motivation system for the personnel.
• Implementation and leading of performance management process to align company goals with personal objectives. Provide performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counselling, career development)
• Setting up and ensure compliance with labour law and corporate policies and procedures.
• Development, implementation and managing compensation and benefit agenda based on manpower planning, job evaluation and market research. Consult and educate managers and employees on compensation and benefits related topics.
• Gathering and analyzing data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
• Managing the HR team of 2,5 FTEs (HR admin, recruitment, C&B)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner

• The best candidate must have 5+ years relevant experience preferably in service-oriented businesses and be passionate about helping organizations taking the people agenda to the next level by translating strategy and complex business issues into practical solutions.

• Good knowledge of employment/labour laws
• Ability to develop business processes from scratch
• Emotional intelligence and high level of persuasion skills
• A highly analytical mind-set with a superb problem-solving can-do spirit
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations during rush hours
• Ethics in business communication
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong English (С1/C2 must have)
