THE ROLE
We have an excellent opportunity for digital and business savvy manager: to define and implement the technology and digital marketing strategy for Russia, including such iconic brands as Wella Professionals, ghd, Sebastian and others.
To succeed, we expect you to be passionate about beauty, digital marketing and technologies; want to work in a fun environment that moves at fast pace and works under tight deadlines and to be fully hands-on to get the job done.
Reporting to: Digital Marketing and Influencer Marketing Director Russia & CEE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Create and implement a clear digital end-to-end strategy to enable the company digital ecosystem to serve business results:
- Plan and execute digital media campaigns (i.e. SEM) with the help of agency;
- Support and promote approx. 10 local web-sites;
- Lead CRM project: create communication plan and ensure it’s execution;
- Provide organization with internal communication on related matters;
2) Drive and grow our social media communities;
3) Increase engagement in the B2B and B2C via strong social media campaigns, always on content plans and CRM program, through segmentation and re-targeting techniques;
4) Track & Communicate performance against KPIs and propose recommendations to improve results;
5) Prepare regular digital metrics reporting (quarterly, ad-hoc);
6) Raise awareness about digital of the organization through capability building activities
QUALIFICATIONS
Essential:
- Working experience in digital marketing area with responsibility for digital ecosystem is a must;
- Media campaigns & SEM campaigns experience;
- Proven track record of successful implementation of business driven technologies and multi-channel digital campaigns with clear KPIs;
- Proficient and up-to-date knowledge of key social media platforms and best practice;
- Analytics tools experience (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics);
- Complete fluency in Russian & English;
- Strong ability to actively contribute in technical IT conversations;
- Marketing, Business, Computer Science or similar Bachelor’s degree;
- Skills & abilities:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;· Great listening and strategic thinking skills;
· Ability to dissect problems in unstructured situations and design solutions;
· High collaboration and influencing skills in a complex organization;
· Entrepreneurial and innovator spirit with a high curiosity for new technology trends;
· Digitally savvy and active on social media;
· Excellent organisational skills - ability to manage workload in a high pressured, fast paced environment, whilst maintaining high quality;
· Enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable approach to working;
· Experience of working as part of a team, including working in collaboration with stakeholders
Desirable:
- Background in beauty and especially hairdressing industry is a plus but not a must
