WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education Project Manager to join our team and lead the day-to-day running of an organization’s education and science projects. The best candidate must have 3+ years of relevant experience in educational and science projects can join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
— Involving in the planning, review, execution and reporting of education and science projects
— Ensuring all processes are in full compliance with the QR strategy and are documented in the records and databases
— Executing the processes in different types of collaborations with Qatari and Russian educational institutions: joint programs, students exchange, professors visiting programs, double diploma.
— Actively participating in events and meetings and to ensure other members of the team are well informed and prepared to participate in the sessions
— Developing and managing multiple project concepts, timelines and budgets
— Supporting the signings of MoUs and agreements
— Communicating with entities’ focal points on their requests for partnerships with Russian counterparts
— Analyzing and preparing proposals for the participation of Qatari organizations in the events
— Providing participation of relevant Qatari entities’ representatives in Russian significant events
— Providing and supporting the processes of education and edutainment programs in the key strategic events
— Keeping accurately all the records in the database of all incoming information, statistics, prepare reports and references
REQUIRED SKILLS
Master’s degree in business, education, economics, public policy or other social science relevant fields
Prior experience within the education fields: institutes, universities, educational centres, government companies
Experience with cloud-based document management, collaboration tools and project management solutions
Excellent communication skills, willing to have difficult conversations to work through issues and negotiations
Passionate about education and result-oriented business acumen
Assessing issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech.
