BACKGROUND

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- To review supporting documents and prepare calculations for promotion activities;
- Preparation of financial closing documentations;
- To keep communication with clients and sales department, that to solve different issues;
- Keeping control of the payment flow for several clients, to collect all the necessary documentation and complete payments on time;
- Perform reconciliation procedures with clients and also with Delivery & Logistics team;
- To check budget applications, payments entries in system;
- To participate in inventories;
- Preparation of weekly reports and other reports based on Financial Manager's requests;
- Perform promo efficiency analysis.
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTE
- A bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Audit and other related fiels;
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Finance and other related fields;
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must);
- Strong command of the English language (Upper-Intermediate or above);
- Knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage;
- Strong analytical skill;
- Good communication skill, strong team player.
