Our Company introduces a new vacancy of an International Lawyer subordinated to Director of Legal Department.
Responsibilities:
1. Legal support of activity of organization in the field of international law
2. Development, support and vetting of contracts with the foreign counterparties:
–distribution agreements,
–international sale and purchase agreements (import/export) of goods,
–license agreements,
–international freight forward/carriage agreements,
–service agreements,
–advertising services agreements, etc.
3. Legal support of corporate work of foreign companies:
–assessment of legal competence while business setting up,
–involvement of external consultants
4. Interaction with foreign consulting companies
5. Working with patent attorneys around the world, including for the purpose of registering trademarks, activity against counterfeit goods
6. Interaction with foreign legal partners on pre-trial settlement of disputes, conduct of the proceedings
7. Analysis of foreign legislation, preparation of legal opinions
8. Representation of the company's interests in court, arbitration court, as well as in state and public organizations when considering legal issues
Requirements:
1. Higher legal education, experience with similar functionality at least 3 years.
2. Experience as a lawyer in large business on a wide range of issues (cross functional development of a lawyer's skills).
3. Knowledge and understanding of contractual work principles, experience with contracts in English.
4. Ability to think comprehensively and globally (legally, economically, commercially), anticipate problems and risks (primarily legally-related) and propose ways to solve them.
5. Ability to find and analyze large amounts of information in international internet sources related to the area of responsibility.
6. Willingness to work with hands and mind in the company's projects.
7. Fluency in English, including for negotiations, correspondence and drafting legal documents.
8. Experience of work (interaction) with the countries of Europe and the Chinese People's Republic
9. Experience in the field of intellectual law (interaction with patent attorneys, support of registration procedure, verification of trademarks).
10. Sense of responsibility, attentiveness, social skills.
11. Ability to cope with multitasking, analytical thinking, ability to handle with
large amounts of data.
12. Practical experience in Axapta would be an asset.
13. Competent user of MS Office, Consultant Plus / Garant.
Terms:
1. Office: m. Skhodnenskaya, m. Tushinskaya.
2. Working hours from 09.00 to 18.00.
3. Probation period is 3 months.
4. Rare business trips are possible.
5. The level of income is discussed at an interview with the Manager.
