Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organize the development of a divisional strategy for two of the key Group commodities. Manage the cross-functional working group.
- Identify the critical issues and strategic choices, and make sure they are properly discussed and reflected in the strategy.
- Analyze strategic business cases and make a quantitative assessment of various development scenarios
- Participate in the development of presentation materials and strategic discussions with senior management
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics/Finance/Engineering/Natural sciences
- 3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, private equity or strategy department in large industrial companies
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to build collaborative relationships
- Proficiency with Excel and Power Point
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
- Experience in development of financial models is an advantage
- Understanding of specifics of mining industry is an advantage
- Fluent English is a must
