Our client, a leading international company with a global presence in more than 50 countries, is looking for a creative, highly energetic, forward-thinking and hands-on digital marketing professional to join their team as the Head of Marketing / Sales for B2C division.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

As Head of Marketing you will be responsible for B2C division’s marketing and communication strategies, as well as overall branding and image. You will prepare annual marketing plans, build and guide a marketing department and processes, create campaigns, set the marketing budget and analyze the market. You will report directly to the CEO and portray your vision and ideas to the rest of senior leaders and partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading and managing affiliate marketing, SEO, Copywriting, SMM, Design, Graphics, UX, Acquisition, Retention, Re-marketing, Brand/PR/Reputation and etc.
  • Report directly into the CEO.
  • Manage remotely based specialists/teams/functions of 7 people with a plan to scale up the teams up to 20 people.
  • Manage business for up to 20 geographies and up to 4-5 languages.
  • Lead and develop all Digital/ Performance/ Social Marketing Channels.
  • Responsible for all Digital Customer Acquisition and Retention areas.
  • Plan out long-term testing and creative acquisition roadmaps.
  • In charge of development and optimization of Bonus Matrix, Tournaments, Raffles, other gamification and engaging techniques.
  • Build, plan and implement traffic acquisition strategy.
  • Manage analysis of marketing initiatives, identify short-term and long-term goals, and measure (ROI) for all marketing programs.
  • Ensure optimization and oversee SEO & PPC initiatives by maintaining a high-ranking presence online.
  • See the big picture and be able to allocate budgets and make decisions based on short- and long-term business goals.
  • React to user behavior or performance changes quickly and adjust strategy if needed to stay efficient.
  • Ensure consistency in visual design, brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  • Identify new opportunities or potential weaknesses/limitations of strategies, and communicate this effectively to the team and other strategic partners.
  • Execute innovative strategies for marketing/sales plans and drive awareness, engagement, and customer satisfaction within the company.
  • Responsible for managing Email, SMS, Push and other campaigns.
  • Establish and drive communication calendar with regular analysis of performance.
  • Together with SEO and Copywriters devise a solid content roadmap and delivery.
  • Manage website UI/UX design together with a team of designers and front-end developers to ensure a good conversion rate and a fresh outlook.
  • Work closely with Operations and Customer Support to ensure new acquisitions are being maximized for ROI.
  • Cooperate with Payment Methods, Risk and Fraud, Compliance, IT, Finance and other teams.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years' experience in a digital media role with iGaming know-how knowledge.
  • Experience in team leadership with strong business acumen.
  • Proven experience in working with complex brand engagements including technical campaigns, their implementation, management, optimization, and reporting.
  • Good working knowledge of SSP and Rich Media.
  • Deep Technical understanding of HTML/5, JavaScript, and current tracking technologies and challenges.
  • Understanding of dashboards (Tableau, Google Datastudio, etc.) and tools, principles of processing and compilation of different sources/formats of data.
  • High developed skills to work with big data analytical tools (Excel (pivot, etc.), SQL, etc.)
  • A comprehensive understanding of online advertising campaigns, ad-serving technologies, tools and tracking infrastructure in terms of all social networks, search engines and mobile (WebView/iOS/Android applications).
  • Proven experience in Traffic Acquisition.
  • Understanding of infrastructure opportunities/challenges.
  • Strong continuous and growing resourcefulness.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work on flexible (overtime) schedule.
  • Driven individual with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong “hands-on” mentality and ability to research, try and use new approaches and tools.
  • Ability to strive for continuous growth, excellence and development.
  • Ability to communicate complex tasks in simpler words and at all levels with strong negotiation skills.
