WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Innovation Manager to join the team immediately and will be responsible for:
- Determining relevant entities of the innovation ecosystem in Qatar and Russia and making communications and collaborations with them
- Execution infrastructural collaboration between Qatar and Russia in the field of innovations and technology
- Providing full support and adaptation of the innovation and technology competitions, accelerators, conferences and any initiatives for development mutual collaboration
- Scouting for technologies by request
- Preparation and support of signings of MoUs and agreements
- Analysis and preparation of proposals for participation of Qatari and Russian organizations in business events (conferences, business meetings)
- Work with official documents (notes, resolutions, references, agreements)
- To keep accurately all the records in the database of all incoming information, statistics, prepare reports and references.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Master’s degree in business, economics, PR or other relevant fields
Experience with cloud-based document management, collaboration tools and project management solutions
Prior experience within the innovation fields (Skolkovo, technoparks, business accelerators, innovation and technology departments of the companies and government entities)
Good network within startup, innovation community in Russia (and globally is a plus)
Orientation in innovation and technology trends
Strong project management skills to support driving initiatives
Strong interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills to work in a team-oriented environment
Project management and budget management skills
An ability to work autonomously and as part of team with little supervision
An ability to cope and flourish in demanding, stressful, fast paced, multi business stream environment
Assessing issues in a timely manner and meeting deadlines
Strong English (С1/C2 must have), well-bred Russian speech
Reference ability
