THE ROLE
A great opening is available for an analytical person to join our team and Lead Fixed Costs for Wella Company Business in Russia & CIS.
Reporting to: FP&A Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reporting, processing, analysis by function, by type of expenses, ensure proper accruals are calculated and posted during month end closing (MEC);
- Provide data to FP&A for proper fixes costs expenses forecasting based on budget holders input;
- Perform variance analysis;
- Initiate and lead Fixed Costs management and monitoring with CFO and FP&A on a regular basis;
- Support custodian team during month end closing process and provide oversight support on entries;
- Ensure together with Finance Controller that all x-charges are properly documents and approved, posted;
- CO-own B/S reconciliation with custodian for all accounts related to Fixed costs;
- Ensure correct applications and interpretation of company policies, anticipate and valuate possible risks;
- Preform ad-hoc analysis and reporting based on company project or reporting needs;
- Participated in regional Fixed costs controller network to drive standardization and to exchange best practices;
- Support and perform internal control procedures
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in cost /budget controlling, accounting experience is appreciated;
- Attention to details and analytical thinking;
- Understanding of P&L and BS;
- Understanding of Month end close procedure;
- Experience working in multinational environment;
- Excel skills, MS Office, SAP;
- Hypeiron - as an advantage;
- Intermediate English;
- Leaning agility;
- Proactive attitude;
- Ability to work in changing environment;
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional team
