To strength the European Contract Management team HOMAG Group is currently searching for
Commercial Contract Lawyer / Contract Management Specialist Eastern Europe
You must be ready to take on challenging tasks:
- Review & commentary on various contractual bases of national and international contracts in Eastern Europe countries
- Preparation of national and international contracts and contract negotiations
- Cooperation with clients in claims management
- Preparation of legal opinions or statements on current issues
- Preparation of new standard contracts in German and/or English
- Independent execution of research work including presentation of results
- Collaboration in updating legal templates
- Collaboration in the day-to-day operational business incl. ones for the Russian Sales company
The position assumes international area of tasks. The position is located in the HOMAG Sales company in Moscow.
Your skills:
- Master‘s degree in law and 5+ years of similar experience OR higher education and 10+ years of similar experience in an international company (ideally in industrial area)
- Very good command of English (including Legal English), German is a substantial plus
- Experience in German law, working experience with German companies, working abroad experience are the substantial advantages
- Strong knowledge of national and international contract law
- Independent and structured way of working as well as interdisciplinary thinking and working
- Assertiveness and willingness to take responsibility
- Willingness to travel when necessary (circa 20%)
