RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process and receipt of necessary permission documents on time (DS, SS, CITES, SGR, etc.).

1. Management of certification process for all products of the company (textiles, shoes, accessories, visual merchandising, decorations, furniture, construction materials).
2. Verification of products by technological composition, selection of the certification scheme and type of permitting document, request of samples for laboratory tests.
3. Preparation of a set of product identification documents (description, technical information, samples, etc.) and registration of applications for certification.
4. Preparation of documents along with the certification body and the customs representative for import of samples for certification.
5. Providing technical documents and product samples to testing laboratories.
6. Ensuring the correctness of filling out the drafts of permission documents, PI, OB, exemption letters, CITES, etc.
7. Management of the process of obtaining ready-made permission documents, expert opinions, test reports and their handover to the company's stores, franchisees, and customs representatives.
8. Maintaining of electronic database on existing and expired permission documents.
9. Tracking of products with expiring certificates and declarations and managing their recertification.

Verification of master files of the current assortment and new launches. Reviewing the correctness of information on compositions, translations and need for certification.

1. Analysis of information in the ERP (name, composition, description), updating and correcting data if necessary.
2. Analysis with customs broker and certification bodies of product master files for control of permission documents, correctness of translations and assignment of TNVED codes.
3. Interaction with company departments and the headquarters to obtain information (photo / description / technical documentation) and samples for product certification.
4. Checking information about the products and selecting the appropriate certificate or declaration from the database upon request.
5. Coordination of label layouts, verifying of correctness of information on labels and making changes if necessary.

Monitoring of legislation in the field of certification and optimization of the current work scheme.

1. Well-timed tracking of changes in legislation in the field of certification.
2. Search and analysis of new suppliers to optimize terms and costs. Organization of tenders for potential suppliers.

Costs control.

1. Negotiation of rates with certification suppliers.
2. Reception of invoices and organization of on time payments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Higher education (preferably specialized: standardization and certification, commodity science, quality management).
• Work experience of at least 2 years as a certification specialist (in a large retail textile (non-food) company, or in a certification body is an advantage).
• Knowledge of the regulations for certification of products, classifiers (OKP, TN VED). Ability to use the regulatory framework, finding needed information.
• Experience in obtaining SS, DS, conclusions and permissions: FSB, RFC, Roskomnadzor, GUNK Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rosprirodnadzor, Ministry of Culture, licenses of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and skills of interaction with relevant organizations.
• Fluent English is a must. Spanish would be an advantage.
• Availability of working contacts with certification bodies.
• Sociability, multitasking, high efficiency, and stress resistance.
• Experienced user of SAP, MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point.
