THIS IS MATERNITY LEAVE CONTRACT
ASSIGNMENTS:
With the IKEA values as a base be a proactive business partner for the Ingka companies in Russia in strategic as well as operational development, closely connected to the business and contributing to improved customer experience by providing support in finance and accounting areas. To protect current businesses and create conditions for future establishment by securing compliant ways of operating and minimization of financial risks.
You will:
Accounts payables area
- Check incoming Primary Documents for accuracy, completeness and conformance to internal company policy and in accordance with local Rules and Regulations including check of 3-way matching (Purchase order/Contract, Delivery note/Act and Invoice) and correctness of accounting transaction according to the company chart of accounts;
- Scanning and sending of Primary documents to Scanning Provider follow up incoming Primary Documents in PreAccounting module;

Prepare and control submission of primary documents originals to archive;

Book Accounts payable transactions and accruals into Accounting System;

Perform reconciliation with suppliers ensuring completeness of financial records;

Prepare and distribute compliance monitoring reports (Open advances & Delay of documents submission);

Execute bad debts write-off/provision procedure;

Supervise overdue advances/overpayments and accounts payables;

Coordinate, consult and support Finance Specialists Accounts Payables (matrix function);

Coordinate, consult and support Specialists from Shared Service Center;

Perform trainings for Financial Specialists in MEGAs in relation to AP area;
-
Perform monthly closing procedure;
-
Contracts review;
-
Perform other internal control procedures;
- Participate in Finance action plan projects.
Areas of support
- Support Specialists from Shared Service Center with control of primary documents and Working Routines;
- Prepare explanation in respects of incoming primary documents under tax requests (including suppliers cards and suppliers/constructors turnover reports);
- Take part in internal and external audit according to area of responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in this role you hold a university degree in accounting with very good achievement, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting environment.
You have knowledge in following areas:
- Good knowledge of Russian accounting rules and tax legislation
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
- Understanding of business processes within construction preferable
- Deep level of knowledge in Accounts Payables accounting
- Intermediate English level

- Good communication skills within and outside Financial controlling department.

- Accuracy and detail oriented with strong analytical and investigative skills
