PBN Hill+Knowlton Strategies, a leading international strategic communications firm, is looking for an Associate Account Manager in Healthcare practice of its Moscow office.
You will be working in a fast-paced and challenging business environment as part of a passionate and dedicated team focusing on healthcare clients of the firm to support implementation of their PR strategies, media relations and content creation.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining media database, media relations, including press releases distribution, pitching different topics and speakers to media
- Creating press releases, briefing materials, Q&As, press pitches, feature stories, etc.
- Working with corporate speakers and KOLs to source information for media materials
- Implementation of special PR projects, press events, coordinating subcontractors, paperwork
- Media monitoring and reporting
- Manage day-to-day communications work, updating project status, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met etc.
Minimum qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in corporate or marketing communications, or a directly related field.
- Interest to healthcare
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Russian language skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of communications trends
- Experience working with healthcare industry is a plus
- Proven ability to multitask
- Result & performance-oriented; experienced in developing and performing across various tangible KPIs
- Demonstrated managerial skills, including decision-making, identifying and resolving issues, etc.
