Join our Sourcing team
Our Sourcing Team provides support for regional and corporate project. We are in contact with local, regional and global finance teams. Our services include collecting and analyze company spent data in order to achieve the best contractual conditions
Partner with the best
You will review regional and corporate project from the regional standpoint and manage the timely implementation. You will compare different approaches, theories and methodologies in a concrete organizational context. Achieve the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.
As a Lead Sourcing Analyst you will be responsible for:

Supporting the development of the commodity strategies with the efficient collection of data and analysis of that data.

Working with the finance team to validate the actual payment dates, cash flow savings and debts identification
-
Collecting of regional spent data for detailed analysis and closely working with Managers to identify the focus areas
-
Setting up transparent reporting system and execute full scope of sourcing management reporting for local and global leaders

Completing of reporting documents and required forms, communicating recommendations through presentations and report writing
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

Have a High School diploma or equivalent level of education with relevant experience in Sourcing Expenses Analytics

Be fluent in English and Russian (oral and written) and have excellent all-round communication and leadership skills

Have a good working knowledge and understanding systems, such as Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Oracle, Ariba
-
Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems and identify solutions
