Summary
An Business/marketing analyst is responsible for building analytics workflow, and preparing reports and dashboards. You will be making sure the marketing automation data is being properly collected and connected with other systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan and build BI and infrastructure to support company goals (CRM, reporting, marketing tools)

Automate data management routine in compliance with global and local data protection requirements

Create and automate regular reports, dashboards, flow charts, and various data visualizations
-
Develop custom reports, as well as build and maintain key dashboards and presentations
-
Deliver and continuously improve the data driven attribution model
-
Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends, customers’ opinions, buying habits and preferences
Key competencies:
-
3+ years of experience of relevant work experience in marketing operations.

Hands-on experience in marketing analytics with Hubspot or similar CRM
-
Experience handling data sets from multiple sources
-
Experience in implementing attribution models
-
Comfortable building reports in various visualization tools
-
Analytical thinker who is interested in evaluating data and making informed recommendations
-
Ability to quickly build relationships and communicate with cross-functional teams
-
Comfortable working collaboratively and remotely in a widely distributed workforce
-
Fluent in spoken and written English
