Unit Mission: Lead liquidity for digital assets while preventing risks + Analysts data on fingertips
Role: Team Lead
Functions:
- Develop back-end services for interfaces for the Trading terminal, algorithmic bots, back office
- Maintain scalable high load modules structure
- Control trading infrastructure performance, report on incidents.
- Develop risk monitoring systems. Implement risk management and hedging strategies
- Technical ownership for one of the products, Agile framework
- Manage developers in Trading Desk (set tasks priority, help them to onboard, get all needed resurces to them, minimize time waste when they stuck somewhere)
Requirements: - 3+ years of engineering experience with C# or C++ or Java
- OOP, Entity Framework, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Kubernetes (k8s)

- Good to have experience in HFT/trading bots/backoffice; LINQ, TPL; REST API, Websockets, JSON; SOLID, KISS; GIT; PostgresSQL.
